The Highlands (HD-1) is were all kinds of folks come to enjoy coastal living in beautiful Bradenton, Florida.  We have all kinds of modern families including younger parents with kids, empty nesters, as well as retirees and snow-birds.
 

Everyone gets along great because everyone is respected and we work together as good neighbors and making our community a great place to live.

What separates the Highlands from so many other HOAs is our maintenance assistance program. In our community, you do not have to worry about mowing the lawn, trimming bushes and trees or even painting your home. It is all part of our community fees and expertly administered by our hard working all volunteer HOA Board of Directors.
